The new
smartphone Samsung Galaxy Note 7 rumors regarding explosion during charging ultimately
proved to be truth, because the company demanded back all Note 7 sold since 19
August 2016 and sales of new phones have been closed.
Samsung
mobile business in-charge DJ Koh has brought detail of investigation of Note 7
battery explosion to public attention. Company has said in a statement released
that company has always believed in the highest quality products and takes

relating to the Notes 7 offered for sale we have completed the investigation
and it is proved that these incidents occurred due to malfunction of the
battery cell.
From 19 August
to 01 September 20106, 35 incidents happened from around the world and we are
gathering information potentially affected batteries on the market with the

so the sale of Note 7 has been immediately stopped and the users that has
purchased mobiles before this incident are being provided free alternative
phone in the coming weeks.
